Delivery
Every Aurea Watch order is packaged discreetly, fully insured and tracked from our secure facility through to your signed handover.
Dispatch
Available watches are normally prepared and dispatched within one to three working days after payment and final verification. You receive confirmation before the parcel leaves our secure facility.
Fully insured
Every timepiece travels in discreet tamper-evident packaging and remains insured for its full purchase value until the signed handover is complete.
Identity verification
For security, the recipient may be asked to show valid identification. High-value deliveries are never left with neighbours, at pickup points or unattended.
International delivery
We ship throughout the Netherlands and selected European destinations. The countries offered in checkout are delivery-request destinations, subject to specialist confirmation of carrier coverage and insurance. Other destinations can be discussed on request.
Shipping costs & customs
There is no fixed published shipping tariff for watches. Request a written shipping and insurance quotation from our team before paying. The watch price and checkout deposit do not include any separately quoted shipping or import charges. For non-EU destinations, confirm duties, taxes and customs handling with your specialist before ordering.
Private handover
Selected timepieces can be collected by appointment from our private viewing location. Our specialist will present the watch, documentation and operating instructions in person.

Once dispatched, your personal tracking link provides status updates through to signed delivery. Our team remains available if plans change.
