Delivery
Every Aurea order is delivered with the same care as it was made — planned in advance, handled by specialists and finished with the packaging taken away.
Lead times
Stock items are dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order upholstery takes 4–6 weeks, stone and marble pieces 8–10 weeks. Your confirmation email always states the specific lead time for each item in your order.
White-glove delivery
Standard on orders above €2.500. Our own two-person team delivers on an agreed two-hour window, carries the piece into the room of your choice, assembles it where needed and removes all packaging.
Standard delivery
Smaller decor, lighting and mirror orders are delivered to your front door by a specialist carrier, fully insured and tracked. A flat fee of €149 applies to orders below €2.500.
International delivery
We deliver as standard in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Deliveries to France, Austria, Switzerland and the wider EU are quoted per order, including customs handling where relevant.
Delivery to projects
For hotels, restaurants and development projects we coordinate phased deliveries, storage and on-site installation with a single project manager as your point of contact.
Preparing for delivery
Please make sure access routes, lifts and doorways are clear. If access is complicated, tell us in advance — we can arrange a hoist or additional crew.
